ਕਲਿਜੁਗ ਚੜ੍ਯੋ ਅਸੰਭ ਜਗਤ ਕਵਨ ਬਿਧਿ ਬਾਚ ਹੈ ॥

kalijug chaRayo asa(n)bh jagat kavan bidh baach hai ||

The impossible Iron Age has come

ਰੰਗਹੁ ਏਕਹਿ ਰੰਗਿ ਤਬ ਛੁਟਿ ਹੋ ਕਲਿ ਕਾਲ ਤੇ ॥੧੧੮॥

ra(n)gahu ekeh ra(n)g tab chhuT ho kal kaal te ||118||

In what way the world will be saved?’ till the time they are not imbued in the love of the one Lord, upto that time there will be no safety from the impact of the Iron Age.118.

HANSA STANZA

ਜਹ ਤਹ ਬਢਾ ਪਾਪ ਕਾ ਕਰਮ ॥

jeh teh baddaa paap kaa karam ||

ਜਗ ਤੇ ਘਟਾ ਧਰਮ ਕਾ ਭਰਮ ॥੧੧੯॥

jag te ghaTaa dharam kaa bharam ||119||

The sinful acts increased here and there and the religious karmas ended in the world.119.

ਪਾਪ ਪ੍ਰਚੁਰ ਜਹ ਤਹ ਜਗਿ ਭਇਓ ॥

paap prachur jeh teh jag bhio ||

ਪੰਖਨ ਧਾਰ ਧਰਮ ਉਡਿ ਗਇਓ ॥੧੨੦॥

pa(n)khan dhaar dharam udd gio ||120||

The sin increased to a large extent in the world and the dharma took wings and flew away.120.

ਨਈ ਨਈ ਹੋਨ ਲਗੀ ਨਿਤ ਬਾਤ ॥

niee niee hon lagee nit baat ||

ਜਹ ਤਹ ਬਾਢਿ ਚਲਿਓ ਉਤਪਾਤ ॥੧੨੧॥

jeh teh baadd chalio utapaat ||121||

New things began to happen always and there were misfortunes here and there.121.

ਸਬ ਜਗਿ ਚਲਤ ਔਰ ਹੀ ਕਰਮ ॥

sab jag chalat aauar hee karam ||

ਜਹ ਤਹ ਘਟ ਗਇਓ ਧਰਾ ਤੇ ਧਰਮ ॥੧੨੨॥

jeh teh ghaT gio dharaa te dharam ||122||

The whole world began to perform the contrary karmas and the universal religion ended from the world.122.

MAALTI STANZA

ਜਹ ਤਹ ਦੇਖੀਅਤ ॥

jeh teh dhekheeat ||

ਤਹ ਤਹ ਪੇਖੀਅਤ ॥

ਸਕਲ ਕੁਕਰਮੀ ॥

sakal kukaramee ||

ਕਹੂੰ ਨ ਧਰਮੀ ॥੧੨੩॥

kahoo(n) na dharamee ||123||

Wherever you see, there are only people committing wicked deeds and no one who accepts religion is seen.123.

ਜਹ ਤਹ ਗੁਨੀਅਤ ॥

jeh teh guneeat ||

ਤਹ ਤਹ ਸੁਨੀਅਤ ॥

teh teh suneeat ||

ਸਬ ਜਗ ਪਾਪੀ ॥

sab jag paapee ||

ਕਹੂੰ ਨ ਜਾਪੀ ॥੧੨੪॥

kahoo(n) na jaapee ||124||

Upto the limit where we can see and listen, the whole world appears as sinner.124.

ਸਕਲ ਕੁਕਰਮੰ ॥

sakal kukarama(n) ||

ਭਜਿ ਗਇਓ ਧਰਮੰ ॥

bhaj gio dharama(n) ||

ਜਗ ਨ ਸੁਨੀਅਤ ॥

jag na suneeat ||

ਹੋਮ ਨ ਗੁਨੀਅਤ ॥੧੨੫॥

hom na guneeat ||125||

Because of vicious karmas, the dharma has fled away and no one talks about the Havana and yajna.125.

ਸਕਲ ਕੁਕਰਮੀ ॥

sakal kukaramee ||

ਜਗੁ ਭਇਓ ਅਧਰਮੀ ॥

jag bhio adharamee ||

All have become wicked and unrighteous

ਕਹੂੰ ਨ ਪੂਜਾ ॥

kahoo(n) na poojaa ||

ਬਸ ਰਹ੍ਯੋ ਦੂਜਾ ॥੧੨੬॥

bas rahayo dhoojaa ||126||

There is no meditation anywhere and only the duality resides in their minds.126.

ਅਤਿ ਮਾਲਤੀ ਛੰਦ ॥

ATMAALTI STANZA

ਕਹੂੰ ਨ ਪੂਜਾ ਕਹੂੰ ਨ ਅਰਚਾ ॥

kahoo(n) na poojaa kahoo(n) na arachaa ||

ਕਹੂੰ ਨ ਸ੍ਰੁਤਿ ਧੁਨਿ ਸਿੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਨ ਚਰਚਾ ॥

kahoo(n) na srut dhun si(n)mirat na charachaa ||

There is no worship and offerings anywhere

ਕਹੂੰ ਨ ਹੋਮੰ ਕਹੂੰ ਨ ਦਾਨੰ ॥

kahoo(n) na homa(n) kahoo(n) na dhaana(n) ||

ਕਹੂੰ ਨ ਸੰਜਮ ਕਹੂੰ ਨ ਇਸਨਾਨੰ ॥੧੨੭॥

kahoo(n) na sa(n)jam kahoo(n) na isanaana(n) ||127||

There is no discussion about Vedas and Smritis anywhere there is no hom and charity anywhere and nowhere the restraint and bath are seen.127.

ਕਹੂੰ ਨ ਚਰਚਾ ਕਹੂੰ ਨ ਬੇਦੰ ॥

kahoo(n) na charachaa kahoo(n) na bedha(n) ||

ਕਹੂੰ ਨਿਵਾਜ ਨ ਕਹੂੰ ਕਤੇਬੰ ॥

kahoo(n) nivaaj na kahoo(n) kateba(n) ||

ਕਹੂੰ ਨ ਤਸਬੀ ਕਹੂੰ ਨ ਮਾਲਾ ॥

kahoo(n) na tasabee kahoo(n) na maalaa ||

ਕਹੂੰ ਨ ਹੋਮੰ ਕਹੂੰ ਨ ਜ੍ਵਾਲਾ ॥੧੨੮॥

kahoo(n) na homa(n) kahoo(n) na javaiaalaa ||128||

No discussion about Vedas, no prayer no Semitic scriptures, no rosary and no sacrificial fire are seen anywhere.128.

ਅਉਰ ਹੀ ਕਰਮੰ ਅਉਰ ਹੀ ਧਰਮੰ ॥

aaur hee karama(n) aaur hee dharama(n) ||

ਅਉਰ ਹੀ ਭਾਵੰ ਅਉਰ ਹੀ ਮਰਮੰ ॥

aaur hee bhaava(n) aaur hee marama(n) ||

ਅਉਰ ਹੀ ਰੀਤਾ ਅਉਰ ਹੀ ਚਰਚਾ ॥

aaur hee reetaa aaur hee charachaa ||

ਅਉਰ ਹੀ ਰੀਤੰ ਅਉਰ ਹੀ ਅਰਚਾ ॥੧੨੯॥

aaur hee reeta(n) aaur hee arachaa ||129||

The contrary religious actions, feelings, secrets, rites, customs, discussion, worship and offerings are only visible.129.

ਅਉਰ ਹੀ ਭਾਤੰ ਅਉਰ ਹੀ ਬਸਤ੍ਰੰ ॥

aaur hee bhaata(n) aaur hee basatra(n) ||

ਅਉਰ ਹੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਅਉਰ ਹੀ ਅਸਤ੍ਰੰ ॥

aaur hee baanee aaur hee asatra(n) ||

ਅਉਰ ਹੀ ਰੀਤਾ ਅਉਰ ਹੀ ਭਾਯੰ ॥

aaur hee reetaa aaur hee bhaaya(n) ||

ਅਉਰ ਹੀ ਰਾਜਾ ਅਉਰ ਹੀ ਨ੍ਯਾਯੰ ॥੧੩੦॥

aaur hee raajaa aaur hee nayaaya(n) ||130||

The strange clothes, speech, arms, weapons, rites, customs, love, king and his justice are visible.130.
