What Simran is
Simran brings daily Sikh practice into one quiet place: your Nitnem with audio that follows the words, today's Hukamnama from Sri Harmandir Sahib each morning, the full Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji with transliteration and English, a gentle Simran counter, and Ask Simran for questions about Sikhi. It is on iPhone and Android.
Who makes it
Simran is made by FocusPledge LLC, a small company in Cupertino, California, run by two Sikh brothers. One is a family doctor and one is a software engineer. We wanted a reverent space for daily practice on the phone we already carry, without ads and without noise.

The bani pages on simranapp.com show each bani in full, in Gurmukhi with Roman transliteration and English translation, with audio and a printable PDF. They are free to read and always will be. How the pages are prepared is described in our editorial standards.
